Distance One Pass...

C & S practising some distance one pass

...involves two players standing ten feet (3m) apart.  Each player kicks it once back and forth.  The rally ends when there is upper body contact (no knees), the ten foot mark is broken, or the bag hits the ground.  This is also a great drill to improve your net skills.

Speed Consecutives...  Enwardo Bizzario the host from 'Kick the Habit' demonstrating some speed consecutives.

...is a race against the clock.  You kick it from one foot to the other as fast as you can for five minutes.  Using the same foot twice in a row is a foul that costs you three kicks off your total.  Contacting the upper body or a drop costs you ten kicks.
The current world record is 1019 kicks.  That's over 3 kicks per second!!
