Scott Flying. Flyin' in Spain

To use the formula based judging system it takes a panel of 10 judges to score a routine at the World Championship level.

Freestyle Footbag is the artistic element of the sport.  Competitors express  their personality and creativity in choreographed routines consisting of tricks and moves performed to music.  A panel of judges score the performance based on the difficulty, execution, and presentation of the routine.

Womens Doubles Freestyle World Champions, Lisa Monti and Carol Wedemeyer, perform their freestyle routine and prove that women are just as capable and talented as men are at this sport. Unlike other footbag  games, players are not limited to the feet only, which allows them to incorporate a variety of athletic maneuvers with the entire body.  In singles, routines are 2 minutes in length; doubles routines are 3 minutes.  Complete rules and instruction are found in "Kick The Habit".

Most Freestylers wear Adidas Rod Lavers.
KTH also shows you how to lace them.
