Delivery & Return/Exchange Policy:
- These shoes are imported and subject to customs procedures.  We will make every effort to ensure a smooth, timely delivery, but events beyond our control will sometimes happen.
- Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. 
- Returns and/or exchanges that have been altered will NOT be accepted.  Try the shoes on to ensure proper fit BEFORE performing surgery.  We can NOT return/exchange them if altered.
- A $20 CAD shipping fee will be charged on any exchange, whatever the reason.
